We want you to feel confident in the gear you choose for your adventures with your dog. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Our return window lasts 30 days from order date of your product. If 30 days have passed, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.
Non‑returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Perishable goods
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
- Certain health and personal care items
Partial refunds (if applicable)
In some situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm we’ve received your item and to notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — posting times vary.
- Contact your bank — processing times may delay refunds.

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at dogrunride@gmail.com and we’ll provide return instructions.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we’ll email you a digital gift card.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
